"Was inquiring about car coverage since we have them for our home insurance. The agent I spoke with was very patient and informative. I was distracted during the call and showed signs of frustration yet she remained calm and effective. The car insurance quote was too high for our budget unfortunately so we did not move forward with the coverage but truly appreciate the time and effort during the call."
